returns and refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your items for any reason, you can return them within 30 days of your purchase for a refund.

Authorized returns are eligible for a refund minus the cost of shipping and handling and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Only items that are unopened and in their original packaging will be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return postage using a reputable shipper such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

How to make a return

    1. Contact us using this form and request an exchange or refund. Please reference your order number.
    2. Package your items using a similar method as your order arrived in and address your return to:

    3. Once accepted and processed, a refund will be processed for the full amount eligible within 1-2 business days and appear in your account within 5-7 business days.

Ineligible products

Products purchased from retail partners or other websites should be returned to the original place of purchase. Demo products, opened products, products received more than 30 days from purchase, and products sold as final sale, noted upon purchase, will not be processed for a refund and discarded.

Vieve’s Leaves, LLC reserves the right to change this policy without notice to its customers. Returns and exchanges will be processed according to the policy in place at the time of receipt.
