Where will my order ship from?

All of Vieve’s Leaves products are shipped with care from our headquarters in Chicago, IL & Palm Beach, FL. Orders are processed in the order they are received, which usually ranges from 1-2 business days.

When will I get my order?

Orders throughout the United States are usually received within 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your items for any reason, you can return them within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. Only items that are unopened and in their original packaging will be accepted. Authorized returns are eligible for a refund minus the cost of shipping and handling and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return postage using a reputable shipper such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Can I still purchase Vieve’s Leaves if I do not reside in one of the contiguous 48 states?

There may be an additional fee for shipping to US territories, APO/FPO, AK, HI, Puerto Rico, outlying islands, and international destinations.

When stored correctly and kept out of extreme heat or cold, Vieve’s Leaves natural formulation will stay conditioned for approximately a year after-opening period.

What skin type does Vieve’s Leaves work for?

Our products help balance all skin types - ranging from dry to oily to combination skin. Its reparative formula allows all the ingredients to help restore and nourish every skin’s barrier. Our Restorative Duo combo works especially well for very sensitive skin types.

How do I conduct an at-home patch test?

On a clean “patch” or area of the skin on your upper forearm, apply a small amount of product. Keep the site dry for about 24 hours before rinsing off. Stop use if any redness, burning, itching, blistering, or irritation is observed throughout the test.

SHOULD I USE BOTH THE REJUVENATING MOISTURIZER AND THE RESTORATIVE SERUM TOGETHER FOR THE BEST RESULTS?

We formulated the Rejuvenating Facial Fusion Moisturizer and the Restorative Serum for use together, but they can be purchased and used separately depending on your beauty routine. We recommend using the Restorative Serum first as a deep penetrating, hydration solution in most cases. Then, apply the Rejuvenating Facial Fusion Moisturizer to lock in moisture and help activate collagen production and reduce swelling - an easy and effective routine for the morning and evening.

Does it feel heavy on the skin?

Our products have an airy, light feel and effortlessly seep right into the skin.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE A STRONG SCENT?

Our Restorative Serum and Rejuvenating Facial Fusion Moisturizer have a faint, pleasant scent. Our Rejuvenating Facial Fusion Moisturizer contains essential oils of lemon and gardenia formulated for maximum absorption. They’re gentle on the skin and will not overpower any perfumes or fragrances.

Can you use these products morning and night?

Yes, our products are lightweight and hydrating which is perfect for daily use, and have restorative benefits for overnight care.
